VP of Recruitment
The Vice President of Recruitment supervises the recruitment process to ensure a fair experience for potential new members and chapters. They address any infractions that may arise during the recruitment week and offers support to the Chapter Recruitment chairs as necessary. Members of the Executive Board are responsible for monitoring timing during recruitment rounds and are available to assist with any issues that may arise throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Counselors
Recruitment offers excitement and lasting memories, yet it can also bring about hectic and emotional moments. During this process, undergraduate sorority members, known as RCs, serve as recruitment counselors. These individuals have voluntarily disassociated from their sorority chapters. You'll be assigned to a recruitment group, whom you'll meet with throughout the process.
Having undergone thorough training over a semester, RCs bring firsthand recruitment experience. They are committed to your well-being and are equipped to support you impartially throughout the recruitment week, offering a listening ear and a friendly presence.
